Cigna Digital proactively collects digital analytics and customer feedback in an effort to continually upgrade our customer's digital experience in web and mobile applications. The Digital Analytics team within Cigna Digital provides actionable insights to internal and external business partners and customers.

The Data Analyst role is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for the end-to-end design, development & deployment of global analytics solutions for assigned projects. The Data Analyst collaborates with team members, technical delivery partners, systems analysts, product and business partners to evaluate analytical needs, design and develop solutions.

You will utilize modern data analysis tools and given opportunities to test and expand your technical and analytical skills.

Lead analytics project delivery, from requirements gathering and creation of Agile stories, through design, coding, business acceptance testing and delivery.
Enable and extend self-service functionality of the Cigna Digital data warehouse and analytical tools.
Create executive dashboards and operational scorecards utilizing multiple analytics tools: Adobe Analytics, Looker, Tableau
Deep dive on digital analytics data to support one off and ongoing requirements.
Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders in support of reporting and analysis.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Analytics or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of data analytics / business analytics experience strongly preferred
Experience with standard clickstream analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Omniture, Google Analytics
Experience with SQL for querying and reporting against large scale data sets
Proven ability to manage stakeholder communications

Adobe Analytics toolset – Workspace, Data Warehouse, Report Builder, Ad Hoc Analysis
Experience with Redshift, Hive, Spark, Python and other tools which allow analysis and enable queries on large datasets in Hadoop and AWS
Experience in digital analytics supporting large healthcare, e-commerce or financial services web sites
Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare products, benefits, claims, and/or customer service or related experience is a plus

Problem solver with excellent analytical skills and ability to turn data into information and insights
Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to create and deliver presentations and reports for senior management
Should be resourceful, work well under pressure, and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
Extremely detail oriented, with excellent organization skills
Ability to build strong working relationships across the organization
Technically-savvy; able to bridge marketing and business with web development and IT. Comfortable with diving into the technical details with systems analysts, developers and architects
